Stellar’s mission is to bring digital life to vehicles and passengers through perfect internet on the move and deep data intelligence.
In practice:
Stellar is developing a full suite of products and services for the land mobility sector (cars, buses, trucks, trains, tractors, shuttles), capable of combining the very best of cellular, Wi-Fi, and satellite networks to enable persistent in-vehicle digital services, as well as enhancing automated driving and road safety.
Stellar Telecommunications SAS ("Stellar"), founded in 2021 as the first mobility-driven, deep-tech, and sustainable connectivity provider, is a truly European company: headquartered in Bordeaux, France, it also runs critical activities from Luxembourg and Germany.

World's first car connected to heterogeneous networks
May 2022 - Stellar becomes the World's first and only company to simultaneously connect a car to Cellular, Wi-Fi, and Satellite networks on the move.
World's first company to receive a Space Sustainability Rating
June 23, 2022 – Stellar makes history as it receives the World’s first certificate on sustainability in Space, from the SSR entity.
Largest number of networks simultaneously connected to a car
June 2023 - Stellar becomes the World's first and only company to connect a car on racetrack to 4x cellular networks, 2x Wi-Fi networks, and 2x satellite networks at once.
Winner of the 5th edition of the European Startup Prize for Mobility
October 26, 2023 - Stellar is selected as one of the 4 Gold winners at the European Startup Prize (EUSP) for Mobility at a grandiose event at the European Parliament.
Top 3 Winner of the Grand Prix ACF Autotech
April 24, 2024 - Stellar is selected as one of the 3 winners at the Automobile Club France Grand Prix in Paris, France.
2nd place at the INNOspace Master by Mercedes-Benz
October 9, 2024 - Stellar finished in 2nd place of the Mercedes-Benz car2space Challenge "Space up your Drive" in Berlin, Germany.
Winner of the Paris Motor Show Startup Competition for Logistics
October 15, 2024 - Stellar won the award for best startup in the Logistics category at the Paris Motor Show in Paris, France.
Our three founders
Damien
Damien Garot (CEO) - Throughout his 25+ years in satellite and telco industries, notably at Eutelsat and Thales, Damien was responsible for more than 2.8 billion euros in business development deals and investments.
Anela
Anela Boese (CCO) - Former director of Connected Cars at Porsche and VP at Deutsche Telekom, Anela brings to the team 20+ years of experience in the automotive sector as well as her background in software development.
Hassan
Hassan Aouisse (CTO) - During his 20+ years in telecommunications and space, notably at iDirect and Alcatel Space, Hassan has worked on numerous commercial projects as well as connectivity programs for defense.
